Firm Capital Property Trust (the “Trust”) is focused on creating long-term value for unitholders through capital preservation and disciplined investing to achieve stable distributable income.
In partnership with management and industry leaders, the Trust’s focus is on co-owning a diversified property portfolio which includes real estate asset types such as multi-residential, industrial, net lease convenience retail and core service provider professional space. In addition to stand alone acquisitions, the Trust will make acquisitions on a
co-ownership basis with strong financial partners. The Trust will also make joint and partial interest acquisitions from existing ownership groups in a manner that provides liquidity to those selling and professional management for those remaining as partners. The Trust is externally asset and property managed.

Firm Capital Property Trust pays a monthly distribution to its Unitholders of which a portion is taxable.
Firm Capital Property Trust offers its registered unitholders the opportunity to participate in its Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the “DRIP”) and Unit Purchase Plan. The DRIP allows participants to have their monthly cash distributions reinvested in additional units of Firm Capital Property Trust at the five day weighted average price. Furthermore, Unitholders registered in the plan will receive a right to purchase, at market, additional units provided that such investment is limited to $12,000.00 per year and purchases per month of not less than $1,000.00.
