A program provided to both Grade 12 students looking to enter business school at the University level and 3^rd year undergraduate business students that require mentoring and job assistance.  The mentorship is founded by the CEO with Senior Executives sharing the common passion to support the growth and success of the next generation of driven leaders. Students are given the opportunity to be matched with an Executive once every two weeks to meet on a one on one basis for customized personal and professional development including business acumen, career path counselling, business school guidance and job placement assistance in the finance industry.

A fully engaged pre-admissions business school mentoring program designed for high schools students in preparation to pursue business school studies with guidance provided from our team of senior executives. This program will provide students the opportunity for guidance in exploring business school and career path options.

A program for current second and third year undergraduate business students selected for mentorships at Firm Capital. The learning experience provides students career path planning and job placement assistance. In addition, the mentorship is used as part of the recruitment process at Firm Capital for employment opportunities such as summer internships and permanent positions post-graduation.

A unique and valued summer internship program held from the beginning of May to mid-August every year. Interns are evaluated at the end of their internship and depending on performance are offered full time opportunities.

Graduate recruitment is integrated with our summer internships and mentoring programs to select students for full time opportunities. In addition, recent graduates are encouraged to apply as we offer a variety of positions within finance, accounting, mortgage and real estate investment underwriting and origination, office administration, property and asset management.
