CPA Pre-Approved Training Program

Firm Capital is proud to be a CPA Pre-approved Program/Training Office. Within our organization, we actively support the professional development of our employees and provide exceptional training and mentorship. Our Pre-approved Program/Training Office is designed to support you in obtaining your Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA). Approved by CPA Ontario, our training program is designed to support the practical experience requirements of your designation.

What our CPA Program Offers

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree completed before the program start date
Completion of the Profession’s pre-requisite course requirements before the program start date
Highly developed analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate the “business story”
Enthusiasm in managing changes, taking risks, thinking “outside of the box” and showing leadership in how you approach your everyday work
A good balance of high academic achievement and extra-curricular involvement
A “can-do” attitude
